With a beautiful waterfront steeped in maritime history, located on the Mediterranean coast, the cultural city of Toulon, France, provided an excellent backdrop to welcome delegates from 35 countries to The International Sail Training and Tall Ships Conference on 18-19 November, organised by Sail Training International. The Harlingen Sail Foundation was represented by board members Jan Reier Arends and Richard Tefsen and project director Marleen Toxopeus.
