The Harlingen Sail Foundation has committed itself to do everything it possibly can to turn the 2014 event into a wonderful feast. This will require lots of enthusiastic people putting their heads together and their backs to the wheel. We’re going to need help with the preparations of the event but, during the event itself, it’s really going to be all hands on deck. Are you connected to Harlingen and/or sailing in any way?
