Last year Toulon was the place for networking. This year the annual Tall Ships Conference 2012 organised by Sail Training International was in Riga, one of the host ports during the Tall Ships Races 2013. On Thursday 15 November, Marleen Toxopeus and Jan Reier Arends travelled to this historic city in Latvia.
