In mid October the Harlingen Sail Foundation began a tender process to service the VIP and public catering. Interested caterers were requested to send in their quotes and ideas to the Harlingen Sail Foundation by 9th November. There were many bids with very interesting ideas that will now be discussed and considered. The shortlist will be drawn up in December – keep your eye on our website.
